Jameson 1780

John Jameson established his whiskey distillery in Dublin, on Bow Street, in 1780.
A few years before, another famous Dubliner, Arthur Guinness, had begun producing another alcoholic beverage destined to become famous.

Jameson 1780, aged 12 years, is considered an excellent digestive.
On Bow Street in Dublin, in the old Jameson distillery, there is the Irish Whiskey Corner, a historic museum dedicated to Irish whiskey.
